The hotel provided a clean room. The room was spacious. Staff members Shiva and Ahmad offered helpful service. They assisted with luggage and provided local area information.
The hotel has outdated features. I noticed a smell in the room. Signage was insufficient given the size of the hotel.

The location provided easy access to nearby restaurants. i found the staff to be polite and accommodating throughout my stay. the housekeeping service was good. The apartment was kept clean.
The facilities seemed a bit dated. i found that the breakfast selection could have been better. It was quite basic. there was often a wait for tables during breakfast hours.

the staff was really great. suprina, mohamed, and omar from reception were all very helpful. the room i stayed in had an amazing view from the 21st floor..
i ordered a transfer from the airport, though it was not provided. i waited for about 40 minutes after my flight with two kids, AND they asked me to wait MORE. the apartment was great, but i could hear everything happening in the lift lobby.
